Together with Simon Whitehouse, Nicci co-founded the Australian branch of thinkstep, formerly known as PE International in 2006.
In addition to managing the office, she worked on several early projects including Emissions Monitoring Plans for three tourism organisations in the Northern Territory and Key Performance Indicators for the Harrisdale Village Housing Development in Armadale, Western Australia. Prior to that, she was part of a policy team that implemented Sustainability Planning across the WA Public Sector.
Nicci has worked extensively on Hydrogen Fuel Cell Bus trials in Europe from 2006 to the present day. Her expertise lies in data analysis, policy development and stakeholder engagement.
In her spare time, Nicci loves to wander in the West Australian wheatbelt, to learn languages, and to enjoy her grandchildren.
