Lena has a key supportive role at thinkstep-anz with the finance and sales teams, which can also extend to communications tasks.
She holds a BA in Business Psychology from the University of Applied Management, near Munich and has experience in both Human Resources and Communications.
She is very active in equestrian sports, having learnt how to ride before she could walk properly. Growing up around horses and surrounded by nature, Lena has always felt strongly about protecting the environment.
