Kasia Pitman

Kasia brings to thinkstep-anz 15 years’ experience in sustainable manufacturing. She believes in systemic change and has used Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), circular economy, design and systems thinking to make products and packaging more sustainable. Owners of Jaguar cars and Land Rovers have benefited from her expertise!

She is on the ALCAS (Australian Life Cycle Assessment Society) board of directors and is currently serving as vice-president.

Kasia is experienced in corporate sustainability too. She has developed and rolled out sustainability strategies, compiled greenhouse gas inventories and set net zero targets and carbon reduction plans based on the Science-based Targets initiative.

Clients benefit from Kasia’s project, people and change management skills. She takes pride in helping organisations ‘tell their sustainability story’. Kasia holds an MSc (Hons) in Engineering and Manufacturing Management from Coventry University in the UK.

Outside work, she enjoys travelling and getting out on her bike, and has a keen eye for photography – and indoor plants. More than 50 adorn her home, cleaning the environment and boosting productivity. Kasia is based in Adelaide.
